as our military is one of the most honorable on the planet….More likely, there will be new agreements with less squeamish countries to take over domiciling captured enemy combatants. Sub-contractors if you like. We do some of that already…I think this just increases the use of such techniques.

lol, i love your cognitive dissonance. If our military was really that honorable, wouldn’t it abide by the obvious intent of its civilian masters? And yes, the military is absolutely subservient to all three branches of our federal government. If you don’t know that, brush up on your American history.

For now, all I can say is that the five justices who went along with this gross distortion of constitutional law have some explaining to do how they can extend constitutional protections to a class of individuals that the Constitution never intended …..

But, in more serious business, I would like to take this occasion to personally thank Jesus for all the wisdom he bequeathed (that means “handed down” for all you Southern folk) to the Supreme Court in making this courageous decision.

And, Jesus, I’d like to humbly apologize for not being able to get Justices Scalia, Roberts or Thomas (you know, the tolken Black guy) to see your wisdom. They just won’t return my calls. What can ya’ do?

I would also like to confess to coveting my neighbor’s wife, and coveting my neighbor’s Car, and coveting …. Well, to make this short lord, I want to confess to a lot of %^$#* coveting!!!
