South Carolina Putting Cross on License Plate

Posted on June 7, 2008

The ACLU and Barry Lynn are sure to wet themselves over this. I can’t stand Barry Lynn, but he has a point in this video…it is a red flag just asking to be sued….of course most likely by Lynn’s own organization. Of course the state isn’t forcing anyone to put this plate on their car, so I don’t agree with the argument that it is a state endorsed faith. Thanks to Hot Air for pointing out the video.

That depends on the criteria for getting a custom plate. It also depends on the state’s constitution. Some have stricter separation clauses.
