It’s not about the context of Wright’s words, but about fairness. How come Falwell, Robertson, or Graham’s patriotism hasn’t come into question? Wright fought for the US, how about the other three?

Forefathers?!?!? are you kidding me? Blacks went to segregated schools up until the 60’s. If schools were segregated, how do you think blacks faired in the job market? This isn’t ancient history, but a generation ago. America has come a long way. Some blacks will talk and act like as if nothing has changed, and that is wrong. Many blacks, suffer from the works of their own hands. Yet, it is just as wrong for a white person to act as if they didn’t grow up with inherent advantages over blacks. My 40ish year old siblings were born in the colored side of hospitals. Most of those hospital workers and officials are alive and kicking. So lets not act like racism is limited to Klansmen and people who were photographed in black and white.

Every few years many Universities conduct a simple experiment. They take a black man and a white man. Both people apply for jobs with similar creditials, try to purchase a car, and rent an apartment. All experiments show that the white man gets the job, apartment, and the car for a cheaper price. Until experiments like these regularly give different results, then whites need to stop whining. If its painful to hear blacks complaining, imaging how painful it is to be held back or discriminated against.

White folks might understand that they will have to pay for an eternity for the sins of our forefathers. Walk on eggshells so white folks wont set off the racist booby trap. Get over it! Black folks are just as obtuse as White folks when it comes to racism.

Bottom line Obama is a weak candidate who is promising you the world. He cannot deliver. Some would consider it audacious that he would consider himself presidential material based on his qualifications. I’m sure that will be taken out of context.
