God does not want us to lay down and take abuse from our enemies. He admonishes us SEVERAL times in the OLD and NEW Testament to stand up for ourselves.

But when you travel on Uncle Sam's dime on a military mission, then you follow Uncle Sam's rules and just do your military mission. Anyone who professes to believe in the Bible, particularly the New Testament, should remember that Christianity requires love for our enemies. How is it loving to call Muslims "mooselimbs?" Christians can't win people over with hatred, bigotry, anger, etc. The only way to win them is with the humility and love that Jesus exemplified.
