The government has no obligation to subject illegals to due process hearings and the fact that the leftists groups led by the ACLU have convinced them otherwise is criminal. If these people that have been detained want to forego their immigration hearing right then and there THEN they are allowed due process as we run them through the criminal courts system for their crimes. The government should simply deport anyone they find in the country illegally, AFTER telling them that to return illegally again is a felony and they will be locked up for many years for doing so, and then enforce it.
