One question for Gavin Newsom
Posted on May 17, 2008
So many have already written about the hideous decision out of the CA Supreme Court Thursday, so I’ll make this quick.
At the post-decision party at SF City Hall, Mayor Gavin Newsom said the following:
“As California goes, so goes the nation. It’s inevitable. The door’s wide open now. It’s going to happen, whether you like it or not. This is the future, and it’s now.”
Mayor Newsom, will you still agree with your own statement (As Califronia goes…) when California passes its marriage amendment in November?

What a perfect encapsulation of the liberal mindset: Screw the will of the people. The court has made the decision for you so go to Hell. Live with it.
Every once in awhile a lib will let the reality of their worldview slip out. Fascist, thy name is Liberal.
When the amendment passes, expect Newsome to show his typical, habitual hypocrisy. It’s going to happen, whether you like it or not.
You might as well give up! Good always triumphs over evil, hate-filled bigots. This isn’t about politics… All men are created equal! Endowed with certain inalienable rights! You’ve had your say and misshaped history and now you’ll reap what you’ve sown. Look for big losses this November.
Thanks for showing us all your alledged “tolerance” which is liberal code-speak for “hate filled bigots” which is really what the radical left truly is. You exemplify it. Go ahead and hate the conservatives. Go ahead and hate orthodox Christians. Go ahead and hate those who disagree with you on political matters.
Your double-standard ad hominem is showing.
