Perhaps it was the "sissy" styles of the 90's, but these guys sure looked like complete dorks, huh? A backwards, tye-dye hat? We can definitely pin-point the decade. The young skinny punks in charge here were definitely following the trends. Pillow biters? I was a grungster during this decade. I'd have called them worse, and i was liberal then.
