This is wrong! The Guadalupe sweep STANDS OUT LIKE A SORE THUMB. In this case, Arpaio moved massively into a POOR LATINO AREA to vigorously enforce traffic laws as an OBVIOUS PRETEXT for catching illegal immigrants. He DISTURBED THE CIVIL ORDER rather than restore it. He did it all for publicity, which he received. He even disrupted a children´s Confirmation Mass. Shame on him!
