If you increase the number/convenience of opportunities for the average person to sin, it is an obvious &lt;em&gt;consequence&lt;/em&gt; that the number of sins per person will rise. Each person still bears full moral responsibility (a.k.a. &quot;blame&quot;) for all of his sins, but that doesn&#039;t change the fact that there is a real cause/effect relationship between the rise of the internet and the rise of cheating.</description>
