ACLU ReAsserts Its Love Affair With al Qaeda Terrorists…

… in its latest attempt to argue for 5th, 8th, and 14th Amendment rights to foreign terrorist detainees being held outside of the United States. The same old tired arguments keep playing with the ACLU. I thought they were an organization looking out for the Constitutional rights of Americans hence the reason why the first word in their organizational title is “American”. But they seem to be more interested in protecting the hypothetical “rights” of sworn enemies of the United States by arguing in US courts that they should be afforded rights under our Constitution.
I’ve said this before and I will say it until I’m planted in the ground. They are not US citizens. They are not inside of the United States. And they will never come to the United States. Therefore the Constitution DOES NOT APPLY TO THEM!
Those pinheads at 125 Broad Street in New York (and their minions throughout the country) have their heads so far up Antony Romero’s backside that they know what he’s had for lunch but they cannot recognize that non-citizens waging war against our country, captured and held outside of our country, are NOT afforded the protections of the country they are trying to destroy.
Then take a look at our courts. They are no better. They continue to order the release of classified documents so that the ACLU in their infinite stupidity can argue that we torture these innocent son’s of Allah that got lost on some Afghan back road while looking for the local barber shop. Never mind that they have a trunk full of explosives. Never mind that they are carrying an AK-47. Never mind that they aren’t wearing uniforms but are shooting weapons at our troops. The courts just issue the Freedom of Information Act orders to the government so that the ACLU can go out and publicly side with the terrorists.
If it were up to the ACLU we would give an entrance visa to Osama bin Laden himself, provide him a limo to the White House, and entry to the people’s mansion without security checks so that he could waltz right in and shoot our President. These idiots know nothing about winning a war. but they know plenty about how to help in losing one.
If it were up to me, every lawyer associated with the ACLU would be on trial for treason.

The left is foaming out of the mouth about this (funny they don’t feel that way about partial-birth abortions – or any abortions for that matter – I digress) but the fact is that serious times called for serious measures. One would have to ask the question, “Is one terrorist’s comfort greater than the deaths of innocents?â€

The criminal Bush regime and its supporters don’t believe in the Rule of Law.
You know what makes me sick is these Liberal ass wipes who cry when these Terrorists that are trying to kill us get tortured to get gainful information that will and has saved the lives of thousands. But yet when the terrorist torture and Beheaded are troops not a damn word is said. Nothing from the Liberal Democrats. But they will quick to come to the terrorist’s defense. It’s all stinks to high heaven.
You see how the big media says nothing about the FACT that documents was found showing Bin ladin and Sadam working together on plotting attacks Towards America. Not a damn word. These Liberal Democrats have no compassion towards are troops. That’s because they are in bed with the terrorists one way or another. Just look at Obama with him not having a pin of the American flag on his suit and saying he will not wear it. What does that say about his Passion for this country? The fact is that he will not even show consideration for are national anthem. But I beat if there was a Karon to show respect to his hands would be all over it. And the liberal run media say nothing. If not for People like John & Fox news we would be in some serious trouble with so much truth being covered up with lies.
