Cannon–I think you have it BACKWARDS.

CAIR cut and pasted parts of Savage’s show, without permission, and used it on their website to allegedly illustrate his “hatred” of muslims. This is flat not true.

THIS IS A FREE SPEECH ISSUE–when someone can take your copyrighted material and make it sound as if you said or did something you didn’t.

As for your “equal treatment under the law” argument? Sorry–CAIR has been given too many free passes and it is nothing more than a front group for terrorists.

I’m behind Savage all the way, have even offered my services to his defense fund at no cost. If they shut down Savage, they shut us all down and that’s their goal.

why is it “free speech” only applies to some? if savage was the defendent, having used CAIR material to raise money to be used against them, do you really think “free speech” would have entered into consideration in the decision? what happened to “equal treatment under the law”?
