Thomas Eisenstadt did some digging and found that Goeglein&#039;s first supposed &quot;victim&quot; was Jeffrey Hart, a notorious Barack Obama supporter who in turn had plagiarized from a the rather heroic Deputy Assistat Secretary of State Thomas Callahan.
