		<description>National Health Care is an easy issue for McCain as it is common sense that a country that is in debt can not afford it.  He can also point out that the &quot;uninnsured&quot; already have back ups such as the fact that hospitals and mandated to treat them and they must often forgive unpaid bills.  That is what puts many hospitals that deal with illegals on the point of bankruptcy.

From my experience the people in the real bind are those who have insurance which does not cover the procedures they need.</description>
