Obama Fascism peeping out again
Posted on February 22, 2008
The hysteria Obama produces in his followers is not normal in democratic politics but it is VERY reminiscent of the 1930s German reaction to Hitler. And, like Hitler, Obama is an extreme socialist who want the government to control everything. But we now get another glimpse of the all-controlling Fascist leader in the words of his wife:
Barack Obama will require you to work. He is going to demand that you shed your cynicism. That you put down your divisions. That you come out of your isolation, that you move out of your comfort zones. That you push yourselves to be better. And that you engage. Barack will never allow you to go back to your lives as usual, uninvolved, uninformed.

And note that Hitler was democratically elected too. And Obama even wants to invade Pakistan!. Not as ambitious as invading Russia but it is the thought that counts.

Is Obama running for President, or for a Higher office? His wife’s speech sounds more like, at best a sermon, at worst an introduction to a cult. Do we really need L. Ron Hubbard in the White House?
While I agree that Barry Obama is most definitely pushing Fascism, can we call him Mussolini or Franco instead? That Hitler gag is kinda old to me, now.
You’re comparing Obama to hitler? How stupid can one possibly be? What a disgusting, repugnant person you are. The fact that idiots like you are so opposed to the ACLU leads me to believe they’re the ones who are right, not disgusting, repugnant, stupid dolts like yourself.
Uh, ACLU supporter, Barry Obama is pushing fascism, Hitler was a fascist. It is a good comparison, but if you will look right above your comment, I suggested they choose Mussolini or Franco, that way you wouldn’t go crazy. They are not saying that Barry wants to kill Jews, even though he does hang out with known Muslim terrorists, they are saying that he is fascist, which he has already explained pretty well by his own writings. Understand your candidate, please.
Why is mortal Hell do you support the ACLU, are you a radical fascist?
To save America, we must elect as many convervative pro constitution Congressmen as we can. Work hard for fascism is coming.
“HE IS GOING TO DEMAND THAT YOU PUSH YOURSELVES TO BE BETTER”
What a blatant attack on individual liberty. MCcain should make a most of it.
When soon will he demand we salute him and woship him and grovel at his feet? NOT I EVER
Hitler. Seriously?
Hitler was democratically elected in the same manner that Robert Mugabe was democratically elected – backed by thugs who beat anyone who voted wrong.
And wait, Robert Mugabe is Black, too! And our inflation rate will equal Zimbabwe’s if Barry gets elected. By the way, Zimbabwe’s is only 1.5 million percent. Holy crap, can that actually be right? Yep. But they do only have an 86% unemployment rate. Not only that, Mugabe’s healthcare programs have offered Zimbabwe the lowest life expectancy on the planet. 37 for men, 34 for women. There are so many parallels with Barry that it is scary.
The problem with comparing Obama it Hitler lies with the general public’s ideas of Hitler. When the name is mentioned, images of war and suffering arise, presenting us with memories of the holocaust as we learned about it. The problem is that fascism does not require massacre and Germany underwent a fascist shift long before the war.
In the United States, the President is not the superior office; the country is led by a panel of advisers, consisting of members of the Bilderberg Group, the Council on Foreign Relations, and the Trilateral Commission. They push neo-conservative ideals which closely resemble fascism in their general form. The Project for a New American Century is one such ideal. It called for immense social reform in the USA, catalyzed by what it called a “second Pearl Harbor.” This reform began with the “terrorist” attacks on 9/11.
The first step to instating a fascist regime is creating a terrifying internal and external threats. In the US, this was done by pinning the 9/11 attacks on a group called Al-Qaidah, which was so well organized that they posed a threat both from within and from without. In Russia, a similar thing was done. The government propagandized the concept of “sleeper cells” (something we were told al-Qaidah has), who were capitalist spies who hated everything that the Soviet Union was. They claimed that the people should fear that one day, these spies would strike against the “socialist ideal” of the Soviet Union (despite the fact that the CCCP was never Socialist).
Another step to creating a fascist state is limiting the people’s rights and infringing on their security. In the early 1930’s, the German government passed a law which allowed the government to wiretap conversations and read anyone’s mail. It was very similar in form to the US Patriot Act, a law which came to be shortly after 9/11.
When rights start being stripped away, people end up being arrested for saying things that are inconvenient to the government. When Obama was due to talk at Notre Dame, a priest and a nun were arrested for opposing him and speaking out for children’s right to life. At the Democratic National Convention last year, many people were enjoying their day in a nearby park; some were having picnics, others were just resting with their families. Nearby was a group of protesters. The police surrounded the area and engaged in a mass-arrest, saying, “Ladies and gentlemen, you are now under arrest.” At another recent assembly, some uncomfortable questions were asked and the ‘asker’ was arrested.
When social change happens, it doesn’t over-night. To completely reform a country in a short period of time would alert the people and they would oppose it. If, however, you plan and execute this reformation over a period of several years, or even several presidential terms, the people, as we can see here, fail to notice completely. Fascism does not start with war and persecution. It starts with diplomacy. It starts with peace. It starts with “hope and change.”
A few last points;
1) There is no such thing as “liberal fascism.” Fascism requires capitalism to be in place, a conservative ideal. Just because Obama is a “liberal” doesn’t mean he is a “liberal fascist.” Obama (like any President) follows orders from advisers who are largely neo-conservative.
2)Fascism does not require a dictator like the days of old. The concept has evolved. A fascist oligarchy is more along the lines of what fascism would look like in America.
3)Socialism and Fascism are completely different. One is good; one is bad. Fascism has been repeatedly called “socialist” even by fascists because “fascist” is an ugly word. If you promise the people equality, you’re likely to gain support. If you tell them that their equality will be drawn from the suppression of a certain subculture and that their assets will now be controlled by a corporate state, you probably won’t get many supporters.
Socialism is of the people, for the people, by the people. Fascism is of the elitists, for the elitists, and by elitists. The people essentially become indentured servants, generating capital that they will never see again. Socialism is an imperfect system because mankind is imperfect. You cannot ever have a perfect government.
4) Politics cannot be viewed as black and white. It is an evolving series of concepts. This is why there is neo-conservativism and paleo-conservativism. Ideals change over time. To be conservative is not to be stubborn. If you learn that something works better, do it. I am a conservative, but I believe in socialism. I believe in it because I believe in the inherent equality of mankind. I believe in equity in potential.
