WRAL reported that back on the 8th of Feb. Sometimes, I wonder about the intelligence of the media. Usually I would agree on this type of story, but, NBC17 didn't tell the whole story, being that Freeman is a low level secretary in the Legal Services Division of the Attorney General's Office. Of course, had this happened with a Republican as the AG, the news surely would have tried to make some sort of connection between this low level staffer and the AG.
