		<description>As far as the Guantanamo decision it is about time the federal courts figured out that Aliens are not ourselves or our posterity. On the other hand I find the Abu Ghraib decision to be highly questionable.  Those pictures displays actions which were bold and clearly observable and in some cases looked widespread and I greatly doubt an officer who was anything but criminally negligent could have missed noticing something.</description>
