Nebraska has 27 total delegates
22 tied to January 8 primary, 5 superdelegates

Clinton and Obama each got 9 of the 22, Edwards got the other four

It is interesting to compare total delegates at this time

Romney 17, Clinton 16, Obama 15, Edwards 14, Huckabee 13

You are mis-reading the chart. The New Hampshire delegate split you are referring to includes both those earned in the primary and those earned in other ways. There were only 22 delegates at stake in the primary. Hillary earned 9, Barack earned 9, Edwards got the remaining four.
