I was "raised to be a good democrat". This is a direct quote from my mother. To qualify that, it was mad after I had retired from active service during the Clintoon-Dole run in 1996. Dad was in the IBEW and Mom, the nea. But after a point, roughly halfway through my career in the Navy, I went through a change or more correctly, I actually started paying attention. I regret any and all previous votes prior to 1984. I now realize that McGovern, Carter and Anderson were not worth much, even as citizens of this country.
