So using this logic. If someone mows your lawn without you asking them to do it, they can turn around and bill you?  If someone does something without your consent, beneficial or not, how can you be held accountable for expenses they incur?</description>

		<description>I&#039;m sure the union&#039;s would gladly give up fair share once you pass a law that says non-members can be excluded from any improvements to pay and benefits that the union wins through the bargaining process.  But wait, that wouldn&#039;t be fair, would it?</description>
