    How did I miss this one in my long list of those who did a better (and more-sober) job than I did? Sorry about that.

    CoverItLive is a pretty good way to get things done. Still a few bugs (I could’ve swore they were going to implement editing by now, and I wish they would let commenters have hyperlinks), but it is far easier on the readers.
