Rosie O’Donnell Returns to Television to Scare Children on Halloween!

My vote goes to this as the scariest costume this Halloween. Of course, she didn’t need a costume to scare me, much less small children. Below is a video of insanity in pure form. Happy Halloween!

    She wouldn’t dare be confronted by Bill O’Reilly. He would make sure everyone knew for a fact that she is the fool she is.
