"There are over 200 murders in this city already!" was the man's reaction, or something like that. The mayor had to leave before he embarrassed himself even further. When the mayor realizes that the murder rate has tripled since Philly banned the Boy Scouts, what is he going to do? Tell the citizens "Let them eat Girl Scout cookies"? Is he also going to ban the singing of "God Bless America" in public ceremonies? Remember that royalties for that song went to the Boy Scouts for a long time.
