		<description>I was present at the donation ceremony.  Words can not describe the emotion that was felt by all present, Iraqi, Coalition, and contractor alike.  I have been an adviser on this base for about 6 months, and nothing can compare to this one moment.  From the moment he heard about the fires, COL Abbas expressed his desire to help in some way.  After contacting a few friends, I found that he had done this in the past to help the Hurricane Katrina victims as well.</description>
