Taxing the corporations is not only simply taxing their customers, but also is a very liberal idea. The more conservative position would be to simply tax the end users, or to do whatever benefits the poor the least and the rich the most.

Taxing the services that everybody uses is one of the best ways to tax the general population with looking like the bad guys. I’m taxing big corporations like AOL and Comcast, not the little people out there!!!

Of course, Poor people will be pushed off the internet
due to the taxes.

Democraps to the rescue! Which will mean more taxes for
us, as they continue to build the welfare / nanny state.
