Reverent.", than to further reduce their options to, sex, burglary & robbery, drive-bys, graffiti, etc. Lastly, The United States Supreme Court has held that the freedom of association is an essential part of the Freedom of Speech. "A general dissolution of principles and manners will more surely overthrow the liberties of America than the whole force of the common enemy," Samuel Adams wrote to James Warren in 1779. "While the people are virtuous they cannot be subdued; but when once they lose their virtue then will be ready to surrender their liberties to the first external or internal invader."

The scouts have had to develop special rules because of sexual predators and they have been found liable in civil litigation. They have to do it their way because of their own rules on being morally straight and the protect the boys they are responsible for.
