What’s troubling is that in the eyes of most Liberals, basic Christianity is also discriminatory against women and other religions. While the Wahhabis obviously take it to an extreme that would violate laws, in as much as they directly encourage violence against women and other religions, if the government merely argues the pints as “discrimination against” it could be used as a precedent against most of the private and home schools in the nation.
No, not against the private and home schools. The judge specifically points out that because this is a foreign country’s school on U.S. soil, it is treated as a public school.
This is a questionable action by the Feds. How do you define religious intolerance? If you are complaining that Muslims state that Allah will kill non-Muslims then you might want to look at Revelation which states God will kill non-believers. On the other hand if the school is advocating Muslims kill all non-believers then the Feds have a case.
I think we have to look at this carefully. It should not put an precident, other than violence advocacy, on other religious or private schools. This should strictly fall under the category of what we allow foreign governments to influence.
