So can we hang people like they did at the time the the cruel and unusual punishment amendment went into effect since it obviously was not considered cruel and unusual punishment.   Frankly I think we should execute those judges who chose to misinterpret the U.S. Constitution since that is very close to a treasonous activity.  They could probably get away with merely being disbarred and impeached for perjury.</description>
