Marriage as Hate-Speech Case now Filed with US Supreme Court

Posted on June 9, 2007

We read:

“The Pro-Family Law Center has challenged Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and United States District Court rulings finding the terms “marriage,” “natural family,” and “family values” to be hate-speech. The case involves the threat of termination of employment by the City of Oakland against two of its employees who used such words on an employee bulletin board. ….

In United States District Court, Case No. CV-03-03542-VRW, the California federal courts concluded that the terms “marriage,” “natural family,” and “family values” could be censored in a municipal workplace as hate-speech and in the interest of “administrative efficiency.” (See here). Specifically, the City of Oakland banned the use of these terms on postings made to an open bulletin board provided to employees during the same-sex marriage debate in California during 2002 through 2003.

why am i not surprised when i see that this originated in the city of Oakland, gay capital of the USA, there is only so much that should be done in the name of tolerance.
and i think that limit was exceeded several years back.
i know America could save a lot of money by simply banning the aclu as they clog the courts with legislation designed to put normal people in jail on trumped up charges.
as if our prisons are not already overcrowded.
can’t you see it all now?
a guy in the chow line in prison says i am in for murder what are you in for to the guy next to him? and the guy responds, oh me i just put a notice on the company bulletin board about a family picnic.

I am amazed at this. It seems so ridiculous that people, lawyers & judges would consider this hate speech. Our judges today have become so corrupt. I am amazed also how far the homosexual agenda has come. It’s almost as if our nation is bowing it’s knees to the gay community & to top it off, they fear them more then they do Muslims. Astonishing! People have become so afraid to stand up them & they are gay. Show me the logic in this? God help us.

Politics, it seems to me, for years, or all too long, has been concerned with right or left instead of right or wrong. ~Richard Armour Nothing is politically right that is morally wrong.(Carved on the ceiling of the Missouri Senate Chamber.)
The problem really is with the education of our youth by the government and The NEA. Hitler said, “He alone, who owns the youth, gains the future.” Perhaps it is time for a Boston Tea Party – take back control of our schools – or pay school taxes to a private school that does believe in teaching the values of marriage, morality, family values, natural family, etc.
Tolerance? Yes! Love? Yes Acceptance and Approval? NO!!!
