If not by the medical authorities, then certainly by law enforce- ment authorities. Does this mean I'm agreeing with Glib? Only that society has the right to protect itself from clear and imminent threats. On issues such as how to protect itself, and what constitutes a threat, I'm sure there'll never be any agreement.
