Had nothing to do with the trial, nothing to do with whether or not he was found "innocent" or "not guilty" -- which is a rather specious argument at best, actually a poor attempt at the red herring defense so typically in use today. . Refusing to serve someone because they are diametrically opposed to your sense of moral right and wrong is not racism. . It is called, "liberty". .
