A number of the firms in the Baltimore area are using illegal alien plumbers and electricians and displacing those with licenses. It is not just that they crossed the border and broke immigration law. It is that they are not paying taxes and they are given a pass on the breaking of laws. Bush is not alone in this endeavor.
