In defense of American Airlines, (and as a computer security professional who knows) content filters are notoriously difficult to “tweak” so you can block what really needs to be blocked and not suffer collateral damage. OTOH, the Admirals Club is for customers, so why they would be blocking there is an exercise for someone with more knowledge of AA’s internal policies and network topology.

Hate speech? I suppose you can easily access Dailykos or the dumocrap underground though, right? If they want hate speech, all they need to do is go there.
