Gadzooks, but you people DO have a morbid obsession on homosexuality;
it's like no matter what, it's GOT to be evil or your worldview will collapse,
and until it's eradicated the world and you personally are in danger. It just
goes beyond all reasonable comprehension.

"This is why I like the ACLU - because they fight this type of abuse."

Please find me a case where the ACLU has defended the rights of a student to express disapproval of the homosexual agenda in schools.

The ACLU has been silent on "this type of abuse." The ACLU has not weighed in on one of the most important First Amendment cases in America -- Harper v. Poway (again, ADF is defending the kid).

Why? Donor base trumps principles. The ACLU runs screaming from cases involving criticism of homosexual behavior because they depend so heavily on that wealthy population. I had the pleasure of attending the Fredricks v. Morse hearing at the SCOTUS on March 19th and happened to be seated next to Mary Beth Tinker (you know THE Tinker), who sat just in front of several ACLU staff members. She asked them specifically about why they hadn't supported Chase Harper...never heard so much stuttering.

Please don't bring up their defense of Fred Phelps. He is SO FAR out in whacky-ville that whatever he says cannot be taken seriously (like the KKK and the neo-Nazis). They won't defend anyone with a substantive objection to the uncritical promotion and celebration of the most dangerous sexual behavior.

The government restricting freedoms is a bad thing.

See, I guess I don't understand how people can hate this type of ruling (and I honestly do hate it) but still side with schools wanting to dress everyone in uniforms.

Government restrictions on personal freedoms - is Pro-Nazi /authoritarian / anti-Americanism in my opinion.

This is why I like the ACLU - because they fight this type of abuse. Here it looks like the Alliance Defense Fund will jump in to protect Christians - but this is certainly a case that the ACLU should take on.

How about a T-shirt that says "My freedom of speech has been infringed by my school and All I got was this lousy T-shirt"
