		<description>I suppose these characters at the ACLU are going to tell NSA how they can determine without surveillance that a suspect email or phone call will be made so that a search warrant can be obtained.  What the left does when they criticize this program they label it domestic spying when in fact it is not domestic spying.  They intentionally mislabel a program and keep building on a false premise.</description>
