Our elected officials and their representatives have failed for 20 years to enforce the law and are responsible for unprecedented illegal-immigration levels. Regulating is an administrative function, not a law enforcement function. If the States or Local Authorities turn a "blind eye" to illegal activities then they are aiding and abetting the criminals. And that is exactly what these people are, "Criminals"! Therefore, IMO, Hazleton, PA is doing what it should be doing: Removing criminal activity. The one thing I noticed is that there is not a citation as to which area of the Constitution the aclu bases its argument.
