A song for our times. Discuss.
Sung to the tune of the Beatles’ “Revolution”
You say you want a resolution
Just to show
That you’re afraid to change the world
You’d rather force a troop reduction
Yes you know
That you’re afraid to change the world
But when you vote for your obstruction
Don’t you know that you can count me out
‘Cause our choice now is to flee
Or fight….Or fight….Or fight
You never give us your solution
Well you know
We’d all love to see the plan
You ask me for a contribution
Is that a joke
When you’re more hostile than Iran?
And then the Speaker Pelosi shuts down debate
‘Cause the troops in Iraq they can’t validate
Don’t you know we either flee
Or fight…Or fight….Or fight
You’d like to change the Constitution
Well you know
Article Two’s still in effect
You tell me victory you must shun
And we know
America winning is what you dread
But if you going wearing t-shirts with the face of Che
You aint gonna make it with patriots anyway
Go ahead but we won’t flee
We’ll fight…We’ll fight….We’ll fight…We’ll fight

How red can your neck be?? Have any of you read the whole Constitution all the way through?
You WANT to waste a trillion dollars on a strategy that has only
made the middle-east MORE dangerous? You’d just “fight fight
fight” us all to national bankruptcy.
