Responsibility for Khobar Towers Attack Falls on Iran

I might be one of only ones openly making the case for open war against Iran. I repeatedly propose bombing or somehow else taking out their leadership. I hate the idea of invasion, and I think we could win it without invasion. This is because I believe freedom-loving Iranians would step up and take control of their country. Well, we have one more reason to attack Iran…

Khobar TowersJUDGE: IRAN HAS SOME BLAME IN ‘96 ATTACK

WASHINGTON – The Iranian government is partly to blame for a 1996 terrorist attack that killed 19 Americans in Saudi Arabia, a federal judge ruled Friday.

The ruling by U.S. District Judge Royce C. Lamberth allows the families of the victims of the Khobar Towers bombing to seek $254 million in compensation from the conservative Islamic regime in Tehran.

Though intelligence officials have suspected a link between the Tehran government and the Saudi wing of Hezbollah, which the
FBI has accused of carrying out the bombing, Friday’s ruling is the first time a branch of the U.S. government has officially blamed Iran for the deaths of Americans in the bombings.

This is directly implicating the Iranians for a terrorist action. Obviously, that shouldn’t be taken lightly. If we are truely going to target the Islamofascist terrorists that are targeting us, Iran needs to be in the scope, not on the list of people to negotiate with. Iran has chosen “against us” so let’s start acting like it. We need to take action against Iran.

I have some question if our courts have the legal jurisdiction to rule on the Khobar
Towers Attack. It is possible they do if Kyber Towers was considered United States territory at the time. It depends on if the United States Flag was flying over the building at the time. If so then the Law of the Flag would dominate and our courts would have jurisdiction.
