The judicial branch of our government needs more change than any other. This case is a prime example as to why.

IÃ¢â‚¬â„¢ve seen too many judges that lack common sense. Its almost like its a job requirement now days.

I used to think so, but the more rulings I read, the more I’m impressed by the analytical prowess of most judges. (even the ones I ultimately disagree with)

Well, its just my opinion…but it wouldn’t surprise me that the judge was a moron. I’ve seen too many judges that lack common sense. Its almost like its a job requirement now days.

Plain extortion and bullying. Nothing more.

A federal judge granted a temporary restraining order. Either the judge is a moron or there argument must have some merit.

Maybe if we could get our Federal government to stop sitting on their hands and get proactive on the illegal alien invasion

Indeed. The status quo isn’t very good, though I think the “proactive” ship sailed a couple decades ago.
