Pelosi said all of that before the election…Again pre-election talk…

She reiterated it yesterday during a press conference aired by C-SPAN. If she has even the slightest control over her party, there will be no impeachment proceedings and they will not cut funding to Iraq.

Go ahead and worry that they may change their position if that’s how you want to spend your energy, but at this point, it’s nothing more than a strawman.

Yeah. Pelosi said all of that before the election. We will now see whether or not that was just talk. Considering the liberals have done nothing since 2000 but call Bush Hitler, and “selected not elected” and have called for “regime change”, it’s not a big step to take to expect them to turn and resume impeachement proceedings.

Again pre-election talk. They have had a history before election time of calling for us to bail out. The only reason that they wouldn’t make their vision happen would be that a. they really don’t have no plan or b. they are afraid to take the responsibility for their actions and are just content to sit on the sidelines and call names and criticize without having to actually do anything.

The fact that the Dems will push a big government agenda might be just what we need to get the Republicans to at least pay lip service to small government again.”

I agree with you that both partys are for bigger government encroachment over our lives but, the Democrats are socialists in nature and their bloated wrongheaded ideas like the Great Society, have caused far more harm to this nation than good. I’d rather cast my vote for the big government Republicans. They come the closest to representing my conservative values.

I stand firm in my assessment that with the Democrats in the majority now, we are in for some trouble. Unless their majority gets thwarted from within by Democrat conservatives or others who won’t support the party line. But I doubt that, the liberals are entrenched in the party and have the power. They have hijacked the party and duped too many into accepting their agenda.

Boy ain’t that the truth.

Next, look for them to spend every last effort in two things, first of which is to start trial proceedings to try and impeach Bush and his administration of each and every imaginary wrong that these clowns can come up with.
