In fact considering the U.S. Constitution provides ways for it to be amended and forbids the judiciary to legislate, makes me doubt there is a valid and sound logical argument to say the U.S. Constitution supports abortion or homosexuality.

That will not stop fanatic sectarian supporters from insisting there is.</description>
