That is probably one of my biggest passions ever since I was a little kid. I became a radio DJ back in the mid 70's when I was a mere 13 years old. And due to many factors my tastes in music grew quite eclectic. I started collecting vinyl lp's and 45's back then (and a few older 78's to boot) and eventually amassed a collection of over 5000 albums. I started getting as many CD versions of those albums starting in the 90's and got rid of many of the old lp's (the non-collectable ones that is). Now I estimate my CD collection is close to around 2000 covering a whole hosts of different genres. I've managed to find something to like in every genre except two: death metal and gangsta rap (as well a subsequent variations and sub-genres of the two).
