“Educated people know the truth, but it’s obvious Mr. Rich preyed on a majority un-educated audience to spew his anti-Bush venom, and they bought it hook, line and, in this case, stinker (except for two or three outstanding folks in the audience).”

I have seen conservatives do the same thing so it is probably human nature. It does not seem to be a fair and balanced platform but then a talk show is not required to be fair and balanced. Too many people seem to treat it as the whole truth and nothing but the truth. I have also seen evidence that most people see the flaws and remain quiet for one reason or another. My question is what political leanings does Oprah’s audience have? I’ve always thought they tended to be liberals, in which case Mr. Rich was preaching to the choir.
