Ted Turner Has Problem With Bush’s Attitude of You’re With Us Or You’re Against Us

Posted on October 9, 2006

This would be more shocking if it were as the Drudge headline says about the War On Terror, but Allah Pundit points out he was talking about the war in Iraq. Still, this man shows just how the liberals twist things. When the president said “You’re with us or you’re against us” it was aimed at foreign nations on whether they would support us or not in the war on terror.

TED TURNER: There are a lot of things about this war that disturb me and one of them is the attitude, that you know, that was well expressed by our President. He said it very clearly, he said either you’re with us or you’re against us. And I had a problem with that because I really hadn’t made my mind up yet. You know, what if you haven’t made your mind up? You know, what if you’re thinking about it, doing some studying, doing some reading because it’s an important decision to go to war or whether or not to go to war. I mean, you’re either with us or you’re against us, that’s pretty black and white.

Here is some more stupidity from Ted Turner where he says media has no business showing American Flag. He goes on to say he thinks it was inappropriate for CNN to do it that way.

And even more stupidity here where he expresses his love for North Korea.

BLITZER: “But look at the way, look at the way he’s, look at the way he’s treating his own people.”

TURNER: “Well, hey, listen. I saw a lot of people over there. They were thin and they were riding bicycles instead of driving in cars, but–”

BLITZER: “A lot of those people are starving.”

TURNER: “I didn’t see, I didn’t see any, I didn’t see any brutality in the capital or out in the, on the DMZ…Let’s give ‘em a break.

Of course we won’t question his patriotism. His sanity is another matter.

What a freakin’ imbecile. Of course, this is the same guy who will criticize a columnist like Mark Steyn who went to Gitmo and came back saying things weren’t as bad as reported by pointing out that he received a manipulated tour.

Did I say “what a freakin’ imbecile”?

Turner is a typical left wing elitist. Too much money, no common sense. I think that John Kerry is his clone.

In talking about Kerry and his gift of talking out of his posterier like Turner does, what do you think about Kerry’s off hand comments about death of a sitting president?

The left wing elitists are going to ruin our country. Turner is a fine example that dog poop rises to the top.
