Alright, it was a day game, so I’m good now. Here’s what I was trying to say:

What makes me so sure he is guilty?

I understand your frustation, but I am a vehement believer in the presumption of innocence, so I don’t believe a prosecutor when he says “yeah, we had him, but…”. It’s no more credible than most of the excuses I hear in a typical day. Even if the prosecutor is telling the truth, it’s simply his problem to make sure the mistakes don’t happen again.

Would you trust this guy to watch your kids if you had any? If not, why?

I have an infant son, so I will answer your question honestly: no. Why not? Well, it’s simple: I have a lot of friends and I can count on one hand which ones I’d leave my son with. It’s one thing to consider someone a positive member of society and it’s a completely different thing to trust someone with your child. It’s just a level of trust that is very hard to attain.

What makes me so sure he is guilty?

I’m confused. You say I am right about saying something but wonder what makes me say the exact same thing you say I’m right about.

There was evidence, apprantly lost by the prosecutor retards, that he did have possession of child porn.

What makes me so sure he is guilty? I know this wouldn’t hold up in court…but its just a huge hunch. Tell me, do you feel like justice was done? Would you trust this guy to watch your kids if you had any? If not, why?

The only evidence they ever had against this guy was his own confession. My understand is that it had serious inconsistencies, so how are you so sure he’s guilty of anything?
