		<description>Polls are nice and give you a rough estimate, but the U.S. is not based on a nationwide system.  A poll according to state would be a lot more useful, as there are states that have more liberals, conservatives, etc.   I also question the polls, because if a poll is taken in urban California it does not tell you anything about rural Georgia, so if particular regions are picked, a poll can end up saying whatever the pollster wants it to say.</description>
