Were Foley’s emails altered??? Looks quite likely. Strange stuff. Strange stuff indeed. So now…which party knew about this and sat on it until election time? Republicans never saw the dirty I.M.’s, but somebody did and witheld the evidence until the opportune time of midterm elections. Macranger has got some ideas. Hasert intends to find out.
May all the laws this man helped create to protect children and punish those that prey upon them be applied to him. Of course he will get a slap on the wrist however, being that he is from the Congress elite where the same laws the rest of us are held accountable to do not apply.

If allegations are accurate — outrage toward Foley is justified.
If democrat operatives (C.R.E.W.) and others have been sitting on this story until now, they should be revealed as well AND subject to appropriate criminal action.
I don’t know if flirting with a 16 year old is legal in Washington DC or at the federal level. There are states it is legal for an older individual to have sex with a 16 year old but I believe most are 17 and 18 year or some variation of 4 or 5 years difference if one individual is a minor.
I do know that it is a crime against natural law because one the child is a minor and two because homosexuality itself is a crime against natural law and flirting only effect the severity of the crime. The people of the jurisdiction wherein it happen can determine if they tolerate or don’t tolerate the crime and to what degree they demand justice.
From what I heard his crime was an open secret and that makes me believe the Democrats timed the release. Most Democrats back this kind of behavior as far as I know.
From what I know the Republicans discretely rebuked him for his conduct. They should have discretely had him bow out of the election and if they even suspicion he committed a crime it should have been reported to the appropriate law enforcement officers. I am not happy but I do not plan on punishing them at the Polls for their conduct. I couldn’t anyways as I doubt my Representative is involved.
