Their excuse is they did it at the parents request but that does not wash as they could have done what I said above without alerting anyone. If his conduct is a crime then he should be charged for it. Foley is a pro choice Republican in a state that is pretty much liberal despite voting for Bush. Hopefully he will be replaced by someone who does not back genocide.
