If It Is Wal Mart, It Can’t Be “Fair Dealing”

A typical Democrat view of Wal Mart:

I think it is clear to most Americans that Wal-Mart represents a lot of things, but fair dealing and integrity are not Wal-Mart management’s strengths.

What “evil” are they up to now?

Wal-Mart announced today that it will start a test program in Florida, where it will sell generic prescription drugs for $4 for a 30-day supply. The test will start tomorrow in 65 Tampa Bay-area stores and is to expand to the whole state by January.

In a statement, CEO Lee Scott says the world’s largest retailer intends to “take the program to as many states as possible next year.”

Wait, I know what “evil” they are up to!!! This is price fixing to put the small town pharamacy out of business. Markos, do I have that right?

The question is how are they able to price Generic drugs at $4 while the smaller pharmacies are not. Of course the smaller pharmacies may also be pricing the Generic drugs as $4. I need more information.
