Consider the religious fatwa titled â€œA Treatise on the Legal Status of Using Weapons of Mass Destruction Against Infidelsâ€ that Osama bin Laden secured from Shaykh Nasir bin Hamd al-Fahd, a young and prominent Saudi cleric justifying the use of weapons of mass destruction (WMD) against Americans, in May 2003 – Why would Bin Ladan look for such a fatwa?

If Saddam did of Weapons of Mass Destruction and had them transferred to Syria before the U.S. invasion then it is quite reasonable to suppose that he in a vindictive fit allowed some to get into the hands of Al Qaeda.

If he did so then I am sure we will find out one way or another.
