The ACLU in Indiana already won a similar lower court case against the State House Legislature of Indiana and they are facing the U.S. 7th Circuit Court of Appeals in Chicago where it was heard on September 7 of this year. I am sure they are waiting to see what happens there and maybe other places before appealing the unfavorable ruling against the commissioners. They are probably hoping for a sympathetic court but I do not believe the 7th court is it. Hopefully I am not wrong.
